  13. : I've been using Borland C++ 4.02 under Win95.  (Generating 32 bit
  14. : programs).  It works fine.

  17. : groups for you though.  For some odd reason it doesn't set up your
  18. : start menu group for you.  The file is BC4GRPS.ZIP.  If you can't find

  23. major bugs in the 4.oo code, but other than that... ;)
